Men of Excellence, Inc. (MOE) is an Atlanta-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit founded in 2016 with a mission to increase college and career access for first-generaBon youth. Our Pathways to Excellence Program is a
school-embedded, after school initiative serving 150+ students annually across four partner schools within Atlanta Public Schools and DeKalb County.

Pathway to Excellence
A school-based afterschool program for grades 3-12 providing academic support, mentorship, and career exposure.
Real-World Work Experience
An innovative partnership with Levy Corporation at Mercedes-Benz Stadium, giving students volunteer experience along with professional workplace skills
Comprehensive Family Support
We go beyond mentoring, offering financial literacy workshops, emergency rental assistance, and connections to community resources to ensure student's basic needs are met
