Pathways to Excellence Program
Pathways to Excellence is our flagship afterschool program, serving students in grades 3 through 12 directly inside their schools.
Students don’t have to travel. They simply walk down the hall and enter a structured environment built for growth, accountability, and opportunity.
What Students Receive Daily:
Academic tutoring in math and reading
Mentorship from consistent, trusted adults
Financial literacy and life skills training
College exposure and career exploration
Daily meals and snacks
Ongoing family support when needed
Real Work Experience. Real Accountability.
Workforce Readiness Program
Through our partnership with Mercedes-Benz Stadium and State Farm Arena, students gain hands-on work experience in real environments.
This is more than exposure. It’s preparation.
Students learn:
Customer service
Professional communication
Teamwork and leadership
Time management and accountability
Financial responsibility
Students who demonstrate consistency and performance earn a
Professional Readiness Certificate, preparing them for future
employment opportunities.
Expanding What Students Believe Is Possible
College & Career Development
Many of our students have never stepped on a college campus or met professionals in careers they aspire to pursue.
We change that. Through intentional exposure and guided experiences, students gain clarity on what’s possible for their future.
This includes:
College campus tours
Career panels with working professionals
SAT preparation support
Vocational and trade exploration
Small business and entrepreneurship workshops
Closing the Gap Between Acceptance and Access
Pathways to Excellence Scholarships
Graduating seniors in our program have access to scholarships designed to help bridge the gap between financial aid and actual college costs.
Scholarships range from $1,000 to $3,500, supporting students pursuing
college or technical education.
